On 24 October 2025, a dedicated dissemination session for the COMBATHATE project took place in Klaipėda, Lithuania, as part of a broader international meeting involving adult education professionals from the Baltic and Nordic regions. On 22 October 2025, Nooruse Maja had the pleasure of hosting a study visit from the Kadrina Cultural Centre (Kadrina Kultuurikoda). The delegation, consisting of 12 representatives, travelled from Lääne-Virumaa to Pärnu to learn about our experience in implementing international and European cooperation projects, with a special interest in community-level engagement, education, and resilience building.

The visiting group included local government officers, school principals, youth workers, social workers, teachers, and creative group leaders – all of whom are directly involved in community development and non-formal education in the Kadrina region. The visit was part of their professional development and strategic planning process, aimed at strengthening their capacities in project work, funding acquisition, and cross-sectoral cooperation.
